Booking.com brings personalised insights and recommendations to global partners

Automated digital content platform LivePreso has posted a record quarter after landing several new clients including NASDAQ-listed Booking.com, investment management firm Vanguard and travel company Flight Centre Travel Group.

The Melbourne-based startup recorded 43% growth and 100% contract renewal in the December quarter.

The contracts are all long term and will include support for the roll-out of business-critical automation projects. LivePreso supports thousands of users across 72 countries around the world. The platform boasts 79 integrations to date, and since signing Booking.com, LivePreso now supports dynamic content in 43 languages. 

“We’re seeing more companies move to virtual selling as lockdowns again sweep the world and more people continue to work from home,” LivePreso co-founder Joel Thomson said, adding “A new generation of sales content will become a key basis of competition in virtual selling, underpinning new waves of productivity, growth, and customer experience. COVID-19 made virtual selling an overnight necessity, but as the pandemic has extended its stay, changes to ways of working have settled in.” 

Under the deals, LivePreso will support sales and account management teams to manage a high volume of customers that demand highly-tailored, data-driven proof points in their commercial decision making.

Both Vanguard and Booking.com ran comprehensive pilots with LivePreso, which exceeded their key targets for adoption and customer engagement.
